Responsible for the firm's forward trajectory and rapid growth after spending decades solving complex problems for large insurance providers and industry-leading fleet/rental car companies in the remarketing space. With this goal in mind, I understand what it takes to create an exceptional customer experience. My approach centers on three main principles-developing people, delivering solutions handled with empathy and efficiency, and making strategic decisions that positions ClaimBuyout as a leading, cutting-edge technology company.
What is your favorite customer story?
There are countless favorites regarding our customer-related stories, yet one always sticks out. We were able to help an elderly Spanish-speaking client in her 80s work through a sticky situation. Her vehicle was heavily damaged during a police chase in the middle of the night. Not only did we purchase her used vehicle at Pre-accident Value, but we also went the extra mile to ensure she was taken care of throughout the car replacement process. We helped with translating and communicating with a nearby dealership. I felt a sense of responsibility to ensure she was cared for and protected throughout the process. It motivated me to encourage our team members to know they have the autonomy to go the extra mile because that's how we're built.
Where can we find you outside of work?
As a girl dad, I live the girl dad life and enjoy the constant juggling match that comes with parenting. My most passionate hobbies are hosting fastpitch softball events on various weekends for girls 8-18 years old, including college recruiting events. Family and sports will undoubtedly fill up my days off from work, but there'll always be time for taking a trip to the beach!

As a leader, my job is to expand and improve relationships with others. I like to work with great people who want to go above and beyond so we can achieve even greater heights together. My proudest moments are when my team achieve success in their professional careers and also within every aspect of their personal lives.
As the amplifier of our brand, my role is to spotlight the unmatched value ClaimBuyout delivers by sharing compelling stories, meaningful testimonials, and relatable experiences. I am delighted to be one of the first employees and play a role with a talented team of strategists, collaborators, and futurists in managing this new option in the auto claims industry.
What is your favorite customer story?
There are so many stories that have touched our hearts in one way or another since we began. From the start, we knew we would impact those with losses beyond a vehicle and others who want to move on quickly due to other circumstances. It is no surprise that empathy plays a significant role in everything we do, and we don't take our roles for granted.
One of my favorite stories I enjoy sharing comes from a long-time P&C insurance company representative who quickly grasped what we were doing from the start. He saw firsthand how our services worked, how they were positively impacting his customers, and how our option was helping make difficult conversations a little easier. I love how he refers to us as the 'silver lining' in the industry and how we fill a much-needed gap for people.
Even more significant is hearing from those who accept our offers and are delighted with our services. We are constantly listening and evolving—that's just who we are and how we operate our business.
Where can we find you outside of work?
I enjoy traveling and finding new places to go with my family and friends. I have five more states to go until I have reached all 50! As the chair of the marketing committee for Chicago's Magnificent Mile®, you can find me as part of the team behind lighting a million lights along Michigan Avenue, learning from others dedicated to making the world a better place, and creating memorable experiences that create an impact.

Your favorite Customer Success story?
People who cherish their vehicles often find themselves frustrated after an accident, when considering how much damage has been done. It is easy to recall all the memorable times you've had with your car, however, once people utilize our services- they feel a huge relief.
One of my favorite stories involves one of the first cars we purchased when we started ClaimBuyout. It was a Shelby Mustang. The owner emphasized that the accident had been a major ordeal for her as it was her late husbands, and it meant a great deal to them. She and her husband met Carroll Shelby and all the drivers. In fact, they were at Le Mans and Reims when Ford beat Ferrari and won the World Championship title.
They never imagined owning such a car and enjoyed it for years until the accident occurred. While saddened by all the damage—our business model made perfect sense for her situation. She continues to hold on to those treasured memories, and we were delighted to have provided a better financial outcome than she had ever imagined. It's stories like this that keep me inspired each day.
Where will we find you outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family, going to concerts, making personalized gifts for my friends and family, traveling (especially to the beach), and shopping.
